AA Biomasse designs, manufactures and installs conveyor solutions tailored to the specific needs of its customers.
Solution
To meet its customer's needs, AA Biomasse designed a 63 mm pitch scraper conveyor, manufactured entirely in France. This conveyor is designed to transport wood biochar, a soil improver produced by the pyrolysis of biomass. Used mainly in the agricultural sector, biochar improves soil quality. This conveyor will be placed under a machine for optimum efficiency.
Fitted with screw jacks, this conveyor allows the height to be adjusted by plus or minus 72 mm, offering great flexibility. A special opening allows the biochar to be poured into the conveyor. The conveyor is also equipped with rear sprockets and a control box, completing its design.
With this innovative, patented conveyor design, AA Biomasse has provided a solution tailored to the customer's needs, increasing productivity.
