Solution

This scraper conveyor, designed and manufactured in France by AA Biomasse, was developed to transport sawdust to feed a biomass boiler. The customer sought our expertise in setting up a scraper conveyor to ensure continuous feeding of its boiler.

Our teams designed a conveyor system with electro-galvanised scrapers, fitted with removable covers with Pilz sensors, which stop the conveyor if the covers are missing. The conveyor, supported by a tubular structure, collects the material via a reception hopper and feeds the boiler via a special chute. This solution enables customers to save space thanks to a revolutionary, patented conveyor design.
