AA Biomasse designs, manufactures and installs conveyor solutions tailored to a variety of industrial needs.

Solution

To equip a bioenergy plant, AA Biomasse developed a modular conveyor system with electro-galvanised metal belts. This system consists of 8 conveyors designed to transport wood chips from a skip to the gasification units. The conveyor has bonnets with handles and uses a flexible Kevlar sleeve for efficient transfer of the chips.

An inspection hatch at the top of the conveyor allows regular checks to be carried out, while the 63 mm pitch chains are fitted with automatic grease nipples for easy maintenance. The system is fully automated and controlled by the UGZ, guaranteeing precise regulation and calibration of the quantity of wood according to the plant's needs.
