Solution

AA Biomasse supplied a conveyor manufactured in France to transport wood chips from the shredder. This conveyor replaces the old model and offers increased robustness for conveying the chips between the shredder and the mixer used to make wood pulp.

The conveyor's electro-galvanised metal belt is suitable for transporting both dry and wet wood. A specific chute has been integrated for optimum alignment with the mixer hopper, while a tubular support leg ensures stable and precise positioning of the installation in the production environment.
