A 12 m3 hopper for storing, conveying and dosing your biomass

A conveying solution with a storage and dosing hopper. The hopper, which can hold up to 12 m3 of material, is loaded with a mechanical shovel. It starts up when the energy process needs it and doses the material that is sent. Its anti-arch system allows the separation of the wood chips and makes them fall onto the belt. The conveyor transports the biomass to the energy process. Its smooth belt with a pitch of 63 mm allows the transport of any quality of wood and the dosage thanks to its 45° angulation.


It offers the customer the autonomous dosage of the wood chips and avoids blockages.
