Biomass dryer conveyor

A conveyor that dries and pyrolyzes wood and biomass

The scraper conveyor receives the wood chips, dries them and heats them to 250 degrees during their transport. These are the heating boxes in which the customer circulates heated oil which allows the wood chips to rise in temperature. In order to control the temperature as well as the pressure, we have installed tappings on either side of the conveyor. The chips are then conveyed to reactors in order to produce hydrogen.
