A biomass hopper that stores, weighs and doses the material
This Biomass dosing hopper was developed for the purpose of storing, dosing, weighing and transporting biomass. The electrogalvanized belt has the advantage of not rusting when in contact with the material when it is still wet. The product arrives in the conveyor via a 10 m³ receiving hopper. Inspection hatches are fitted to the conveyor, allowing operators to check the product if necessary.
In addition, four load cells complete this hopper conveyor. The choice of these sensors is made according to the precision requested by the customer, the external environment, the weighing mode and according to the mechanical constraints. The latter are connected to a display, which allows the weight exerted in the hopper to be known in real time. Finally, a control box completes this design with a speed variator, this conveyor will save our customer a lot of handling.
